We must continue to realize that the support of the minorities ensures our success and we must therefore be willing to contribute a portion of this success back to them.
Some of the ways in which Four Sisters intends to follow through with the above include:
* The establishment of a "Continuing education" fund that will be administered by Four Sisters itself to ensure there is no misappropriation or mismanagement.
* Sponsorship and donations to local youth activities.
* Ensure that local minority merchants are used whenever possible.
* Ensure our corporate partners provide for training in their respective fields.
* Provide continuous additional training for all employees to ensure they are well-rounded individuals with skills that will benefit them in the long run.
